These terms govern your use of this website and any photography session booked through Anna Rae Photography. Full session terms are confirmed in your booking contract; this page is a general summary.

Booking & deposits

A deposit is required to reserve your session date. Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to a rescheduled session, subject to availability.

Rescheduling & cancellations

We understand plans change. Sessions can be rescheduled with reasonable notice due to illness, weather, or unforeseen circumstances. Repeated last-minute cancellations may forfeit the deposit.

Image usage & copyright

Anna Rae Photography retains copyright of all images. Clients receive a personal-use license to print and share their digital images. Commercial use requires separate written permission.

Portfolio use

We may use session images in our portfolio, website, and social media unless you request otherwise in writing.

Limitation of liability

While we take every precaution, Anna Rae Photography is not liable for circumstances beyond our control (illness, accident, extreme weather) that prevent a session from being completed as planned.
