When you submit an inquiry, we collect your name, email address, phone number (if provided), session type, timeframe, and any message you send us. When you download a free guide, we collect your email address.

How we use your information

We use this information to respond to your inquiry, deliver requested guides, and — with your continued relationship — to manage your session through our client management tools. We do not sell your information to third parties.

Third-party services

We use Resend to send inquiry responses and guide deliveries, Cal.com for consult scheduling, Google Analytics to understand site traffic, and Pixieset or Pic-Time for client gallery delivery. Each of these services has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data.

Cookies & analytics

This site uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking using browser extensions or settings provided by Google.

Data retention

We retain inquiry information for as long as needed to respond to your request and, if you become a client, for the duration of our business relationship plus any period required by law.
